In our shop in Sakarya 1st Organised Industrial Zone we machine parts to drawing by CNC milling and CNC turning. We work for OEMs and for suppliers looking for a contract machining partner.
Our two CNC vertical machining centres (VMC 1160 and MILLSTAR LMV-1100) take parts that fit within 1100 × 600 × 600 mm X/Y/Z travel. Two machines of the same size let us run jobs in parallel.
On our Keepway KT20 CNC lathe we turn shafts, bushings, covers, nuts and other round parts. Parts that need both turning and milling are finished in the same shop.
Your drawing sets the material. Materials we machine include:
Workflow
Send a STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG or PDF file together with the material and your requirements.
We review the drawing for manufacturability, ask our questions and prepare a quote.
Once approved, we machine the part on the right machine and track the process with ISO 9001 records.
The part is checked against the drawing, packed and shipped within Türkiye or abroad.

Our shop is in Sakarya 1st Organised Industrial Zone, within easy reach of the Marmara region. Customers are welcome to visit. We ship parts across Türkiye and export abroad.
